Rev. Violet Schonhardt
Rev. Violet Schonhardt has been a student and worker in metaphysics for over 30 years. She is ordained with the United Metaphysical Churches where she is also a certified medium and healer. She is a former Education Committee Co-chair and currently teaches in the UMC seminary. She is writing a book, BEYOND THE HORIZON, A Metaphysical Perspective on Freeing Yourself from the Fear of Death and the Process of Dying.
She is also Director and founder of the Integrative Healing Ministry at Unity Spiritual Life Center in Durham, N.C. where she developed the The Schonhardt Integrative Healing Method. The method includes a year long curriculum for developing healers for the Unity Spiritual Life Center.
Recently Rev. Vi has expanded her ministry by organizing her company, Spiritual Pathways LLC, where she offers Past Life Exploration, Readings, Spiritual Healing, Spiritual Coaching and various classes, workshops, and teachings.etc. She travels around the country serving churches and other organizations as well as teaching her own weekly Mediumship Development class as well as other private work.
Rev. Vi’s Metaphysical experience includes study with Rev. Virginia Leach Falls, well known Medium from Muncie, In. 1981-1991. She has also taken most of the classes offered in the UMC Seminary Program. She also attends a variety of workshops and classes as part of her continuing education and is an avid reader. Recently she has been taking training in Animal Health and Healing. She was also the Pastor of the First Church of Spiritual Science in Muncie, IN for 3 years.
Ms. Schonhardt has a B.A. in English and Journalism, an M.A. in English and Journalism, and an M.A. in Education, with a major in Guidance & Counseling. All of her degrees are from Ball State University, Muncie, IN. She taught in the Indiana Public School System for 18 years, and at the Indiana Soldiers and Sailors Home, In Knightstown, IN for 17 years. She currently resides in Timberlake, NC where she enjoys gardening, being outside, and playing with her dog Yanni.
