Rev. Dr. Diane Riis, MDiv, PhD
(Https://BellyWitch.com ) is an eclectic Witch, who celebrates the Divine Feminine through story and ritual. She teaches and coaches women and men to use their intuition — the umbilical cord to the Divine – to create a new way to be in the world.
Rev. Diane started out as a minister of a mainline church. For 25 years she preached on Sunday and amidst ministerial duties, she pulled Tarot cards and studied magic.
Diane has watched seekers and believers be disappointed, alienated, and excluded from
institutional religion because they were LGBTQ, divorced, asking dangerous questions, unwilling to believe scripture was the literal word of God, and for many other reasons. But where would the seeker, the skeptic, the woman leader, the person who longed to be accepted, go?
Diane believes Spiritual Activism and its community maybe be one of the answers.
We are co-creating with the Divine every day, every hour. Whether it is about a book or a family, a business or a new life after loss or change, we have dreams and they are divine gifts that we are called to bring to life. What a shame when we don’t because those dreams can change the world!
Rev. Dr. Diane Riis, MDiv (Harvard Divinity School), Ph.D. (Stony Brook University, Certified Coach, (Erikson College), is a coach and speaker. She also helps authors write and self-publish their books through her business, Earth, and Soul Coaching and Publishing Inc. She is the author of several books including Sh*t: How a Four Letter Word Can Change Your Life (Transforming Your Story From Inside Out), about the stories we tell ourselves and how to shift them.
