Chartering Requirements

What the UMC requirements are, Example:

1. A petition to charter must be sent to be sent to UMC with specific requirements (signatures, etc..)

2. Information about the chartering fees

Maintaining official Status

What the expectations are, Example:

1. Members must participate in one event per year at least

2. Members must keep current on their annual dues

Event Ideas / Yearly Events

Along with alumni association communications, (E-blasts or announcements) events which an Alumni Association sponsors are the major functions of an Alumni Association. Examples of events include:

• Work Weekends

• Barbecues

• Outing to an event

• Holiday Receptions

• Chapter Scholarship Dinner

• Civic activities (blood drive, food drive, etc.)
